However, during the cleaning process, attention should be paid to strength and not damage the heating tube. 2. Heating time is proportional to power In fact, during the heating process, the time length of the heating tube is proportional to the power of the heating tube. The higher the power of the heating tube, the shorter the heating time, and vice versa. Therefore, we must select the appropriate power before use. 3. Changes to the heating environment Regardless of the heating medium, the ambient temperature for heating will be considered in the design of the heating pipe. Because the heating environment cannot be completely consistent, the heating time will naturally become longer or shorter as the ambient temperature changes. Therefore, the appropriate power should be selected based on the application environment. 4. External power supply environment The external power supply environment also directly affects the heating power. For example, in a voltage environment of 220V and 380V, the corresponding electric heating tubes are different. Once the power supply voltage is insufficient, the electric heating tube will operate at low power, so the heating efficiency will naturally decrease. 5.
